ProDive Reef Clean Up

As a certified PADI Eco Center and proud member of Green Fins, we are committed to preserving marine ecosystems by organizing regular Reef and Beach Clean Up events throughout the year. Plettenberg Bay boasts some of the finest coral reefs in the world. There is an abundance of shallow house reefs which are a short swim from the shore directly in front of the Dive Centre. Due to this also being a popular fishing spot, the abandoned fishing gear has become a major contribution to litter around the reefs, which in turn can be detrimental towards the marine life. Divers can join us for a session of cleaning up and might even be able to sight dolphins and seals.
